Make an Impact as a Care Coordination Supervisor!
The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Care Coordinator Supervisor will be responsible for leading the Care Coordination Team, which is comprised of both moderate and intensive care coordinators. This position is responsible to guide, support and, evaluate the Care Coordinator's individual efforts by focusing on ongoing clinical and compliance issues, staff development, concurrent clinical review, and assistance to the Care Coordinator with both daily caseload and crisis management.
