Purpose of the Job

The Accounting Coordinator position is responsible for assisting Accounting Leads with accounts receivables and accounts payable as needed.

Result Area

· Accounts payable and receivable ensures the financial administration is maintained effectively, up to date and accurate.

Main Tasks

Accounts Payable

· Enters vendor invoices into software for payment

· Communicates with various departments when charges are not in the system or if the amounts are different

· Matches vendor invoices to checks and files

· Navigates through SAP (accounting software) to be able to assist with customer calls and emails

Accounts Receivable

· Cash application

· Assists with collection process to help improve the average days outstanding

· Creates invoices by transferring billing information from the operating software to the accounting software

· Matching back up documentation to invoices and send invoices to customers

· Creates credit memos

· Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
