Description:
- Processing daily, weekly, and monthly check runs
- Reconciling vendor/supplier statements
- Resolving account discrepancies
- Receives, reviews, and processes invoices
- Performs data entry of payables information to complete payment of invoices.
- Contacts vendors and branches to resolve billing discrepancies and other problems related to delivery of goods.
- Audits incomplete purchase orders.
- Assists with fleet fuel usage reporting.
- Back-up payroll support
- Other duties as required and assigned

- Prior accounts payable experience
- Invoice and purchase order processing
- Accounting software experience, NetSuite preferred
- Problem solving
