Job Title: HR Assistant
Clearance Required: Must be a US Citizen
Job Location: Hybrid Work (NJ, Wall Township Office )
Job Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 (The salary range provided is a general guideline. Nexagen Networks considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.)
The HR Assistant will undertake various responsibilities to support the HR department in its daily operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Support onboarding processes, maintain records, help with payroll and benefits, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. HR experience is preferred. Deltek experience is a plus
