Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Production Manager in Las Vegas, NV, for a leading event production and trade show fabrication company. The Production Manager oversees production schedules, event installations, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the woodshop and warehouse, managing workflow for production and inventory.
• Lead a team of 5 carpenters and 3-5 warehouse employees, plus contract labor for major event setups.
• Supervise the fabrication and assembly of trade show booths, rental structures, and custom event installations.
• Manage inventory, consumables, and procurement for the shop and warehouse.
• Plan and schedule installation & dismantling (I&D) of event and trade show exhibits.
• Track project budgets, material costs, and vendor pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for timely deliveries and logistics coordination.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, production timelines, and quality control measures.
• Provide on-site leadership at major trade show events, ensuring successful booth installations.
• Occasionally travel for large-scale projects (Less than 5%).

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in trade show fabrication, event production, or exhibit manufacturing.
• 2 years of hands-on carpentry, fabrication, or construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and oversee complex logistics.
• Strong knowledge of tradeshow fabrication, woodshop tools, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Must be fluent in English.

Pay

$100K Annually Salary

Schedule

Day Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

*Some Weekends as needed
