Are you detail-oriented and organized with a passion for logistics? Nexgen Staffing is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Specialist to support our trucking operations. In this role, you will manage the ticketing process for our fleet of trucks, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage tickets for truck deliveries and shipments.
- Verify and validate all documentation related to trucking operations, including delivery slips and load manifests.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate ticketing.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper records for all trucking transactions.
- Resolve discrepancies and address issues related to ticketing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
