Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. The HR Coordinator will assist with implementing HR policies, supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of basic HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- No prior HR experience is required
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software or systems
- Korean-English Bilingual is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Ensured accurate maintenance of HR records and personnel files
- Assist in administering employee benefits and addressing basic inquiries
- Support performance review tracking and documentation
- Participate in initiatives that promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture
- Respond to routine employee questions and escalate issues to HR leadership as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
