Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and data entry
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist in the preparation of office materials and reports
