We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will leverage your bilingual skills to connect with a diverse talent pool, drive the recruitment process, and support our mission to find top-tier candidates for a variety of roles.
Shift: Wednesday - Sunday on Site
Days off: Monday and Tuesday
Pay $25.00/hr - Paid Weekly
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Create job postings and recruitment marketing materials in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Salary : $25
