What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Recruiter position at RemX?
RESPONSBILITIES :
- High-volume full-cycle recruiting- ideally 50-100 light industrial positions at any given time (picking, packing, shipping, sorting,
- Coordinating hiring events if needed
- Using various sources of recruitment including but not limited to job boards, networking, social events, hiring events
- Must have experience with Indeed as this is going to be what is utilized almost 100% of the time
- Must be Bilingual Spanish (Speak / Write)
- 2 Years experience in Warehouse / Logistics Recruiting - HIGH VOLUME
- Must have experience with Indeed
- Highly preferred those with experience in PeopleNet ATS
