Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination, and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services and ensures that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis.

Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy required from an accredited institution.
Experience: Required: minimum 6 years of direct patient care experience in a Hospital Setting or have a year Residency training with 2 years of clinical experience. Preferred: 2 years Residency training and antimicrobial stewardship certificate.
Licenses / Certificates:
Required:
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
Preferred:
- Residency training with 2 years clinical experience in hospital setting.
Required:
- 6 years clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
- Specialty training in Disease State Management, ACPE IV certification, Antimicrobial Stewardship certification and specialty training sponsored by the ASHP.
- Encouraged any Board of Pharmacy Specialty certifications.
Pay Range:$120,640- 191,422.4
Sign ON Bonus: $15k
SHIFT: DAYS 8A-5P (MONDAY-FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AS NEEDED)
