Your Impact as Senior Payroll Administrator:
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead effort for various annual audits like 401(k)/Form 5500 and Worker's Compensation renewal

- Union payroll
- Manage and process payroll taxes both quarterly and annually with precision and accuracy
- Develop analytical reports for management and conduct thorough payroll audits to maintain financial integrity

What You'll Bring as our Payroll Professional:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience managing payroll operations, garnishments, taxes, and employee benefits
- In-depth knowledge of multi-state payroll and federal payroll regulations
- Advanced skills in payroll software (UKG-Ready preferred) and MS Excel
- Certification in Payroll (CPP or FPC) is a plus
