85,000 to $90,000 base salary

Your Impact as Senior Payroll Administrator :

Lead end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Lead effort for various annual audits like 401(k) / Form 5500 and Worker's Compensation renewal

Benefits Billing Reconciliation

Union payroll

Manage and process payroll taxes both quarterly and annually with precision and accuracy

Develop analytical reports for management and conduct thorough payroll audits to maintain financial integrity

Oversee timekeeping systems, implement process improvements, and collaborate with field teams

Champion compliance initiatives while maintaining detailed documentation and supporting company safety programs

What You'll Bring as our Payroll Professional :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

Proven experience managing payroll operations, garnishments, taxes, and employee benefits

In-depth knowledge of multi-state payroll and federal payroll regulations

Advanced skills in payroll software (UKG-Ready preferred) and MS Excel

Certification in Payroll (CPP or FPC) is a plus
