What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Next Level Resources, Inc.?
A leading commercial property management organization with properties across the country is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6 month contract. This position offers an excellent work environment and an opportunity to work with a friendly and talented team.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities include:
- Enter and review invoices daily
- Scan and process invoices
- Research and reconcile previous balances and past due accounts
- Communicate with cross-functional departments
- Filing
- Respond to key stakeholders and vendors in a timely manner
- Ensure W-9s are obtained for new vendors
- Assist with special projects
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- 1-2 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with invoice automation or imaging systems such as Nexus Payables
- Systems savvy
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
