We're looking for an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team at Next Level Strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our clients, utilizing your expertise across multiple payroll platforms.
You will also be expected to manage employee timekeeping records with precision and maintain advanced proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation, reporting, and processing.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and organization, as well as experience working in a Payroll position for at least 5 years.
We require someone who is comfortable with California wage and hour compliance and has experience with software platforms such as Paychex, Paylocity, Gusto, Rippling (with emphasis on Paylocity and Rippling).
