Project Manager

Next Level Technician is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager in the Austin, TX area. Candidates that are highly motivated and ready to work in a hands-on environment are encouraged to explore this opportunity!

Candidates seeking consideration for this role should have significant experience running multi-million dollar commercial and industrial low voltage projects. Project Manager in a commercial environment with field installation experience is a required.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Schedule projects to meet budget requirements and customer deadlines.
• Have experience with RFI's and RFP's
• Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Site walk throughs.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate methods for completion of project.
• Requisition supplies and materials to complete projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 5 years successful experience in a project manager role, in the low voltage systems field.
• Have experience in all aspects of low voltage: Structured cabling, security, AV etc.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Experience managing large multi-million dollar projects
• Strong technical skills and understanding of hardware deployments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Experience in project management software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid etc
