The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate proficiency in programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in machining processes. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs using AutoCAD, RouterCim, and WoodWOP Set up and operate CNC machines, including performing necessary adjustments to maintain product quality. Conduct inspections using measuring tools to verify the accuracy of machined parts. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements. Maintain documentation related to programming changes, machine setups, and production runs. Experience Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a strong understanding of machining processes. Familiarity with CAD programming software and its application in CNC operations. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Competence in using precision measuring instruments is preferred.
