Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Clients Global Distribution team by providing tools, insights, workflows, and resources that enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth. This dynamic role will oversee strategic initiatives across multiple regions, supporting a sales force of over 100 professionals.
This role will work closely with teams managing Institutional, Broker-Dealers/Wirehouses, Private Banks, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Subadvisory, and Retirement relationships. The position is available at the AVP or VP level.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Alignment
- Partner with the COO and senior leadership to align sales enablement initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and implement tools and resources to help sales professionals exceed their growth targets.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and the Distribution COO, fostering data-driven sales processes and CRM optimization.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure CRM systems meet local needs.
- Drive enterprise-wide sales initiatives and promote cross-regional collaboration.
- Stay current on market trends and CRM advancements to recommend innovative solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing to align sales enablement materials with broader campaigns.
CRM & Data Management
- Lead Salesforce adoption efforts, ensuring accurate data capture for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to improve dashboards and performance tracking.
- Act as a key contact for sales data issues and partner with data stewards to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor automated data feeds and troubleshoot system integration issues.
Performance Analytics
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular performance reports aligned with company objectives.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline sales workflows and enhance client experiences.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
Training & Development
- Develop and lead training sessions on Salesforce, Power BI, and other sales tools.
- Create playbooks, best practices, and resources to enhance client targeting, segmentation, and CRM usage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues with vendors and internal teams.
- Foster collaboration to ensure alignment across regions and departments.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, statistics, or computer science preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 6 years of experience in sales enablement or strategy, with 3 years in Salesforce CRM administration (2 years with Lightning).
- Experience in asset management, with expertise in Institutional and Wealth Management segments.
- Familiarity with automated data feeds (e.g., DST, Broadridge) preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in data management tools such as Data Loader or DemandTools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
