Supply Chain Planner 4

Nextant is looking for a driven Supply Chain Planner 4 to join our client team. This role will contribute to operational support for the team, including supporting the weekly rhythm of business activities, supporting SKU selection, supporting dependencies and downstream processes, drive KPIs, identifying points of change/detect shortages, review and transform data in excel and Power BI, etc. The role will drive meetings with various teams including external suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Run rhythm-of-business activities for weekly master data change control process
• Generate weekly and monthly operations planning process metrics and coordinate with stakeholders to root cause and identify corrective actions for performance improvement
• Support SKU selection and consumption monitoring activities for weekly build order process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical degree required
• 8-10 years’ related experience required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience with Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning or similar supply planning tools such as Kinaxis, Oracle Cloud Planning
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Supply Chain Planning
• 5 years of supply chain operations experience required
• Ability to clearly communicate in English both written and verbally required
• Strong ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Knowledge of supply planning disciplines and best practices
• Experience with supply chain analytics and modeling techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize and report out both verbally and in writing to a wide range of audience
• Proven capabilities in operating in a growing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Proficient with business tools (e.g. Word, Power Point) and able to generate quality outputs
• The ideal resume would contain significant Cloud supply chain experience or experience supporting supply chains in highly tech focused companies or enterprise tech companies.

Fully Remote Domestic US Sourcing, candidates must be able to work during standard PST business hours.

Pay Rate:

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $100,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
