Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party engagements, including onboarding, expansion, and service delivery.
- Service Delivery: Translate business needs into measurable outcomes by documenting and interpreting requirements into Statements of Work (SOWs) and other delivery artifacts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with vendor partners, product teams, engineering, and IT leaders to align objectives, resolve challenges, and ensure successful service execution.
- Process Documentation: Help develop and maintain a Service Management Manual outlining roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures that guide IT service operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure partners meet or exceed service expectations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in IT service integration, vendor management, or IT operations.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
- Proven experience in process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong ability to interpret and manage contract documents (MSAs, SOWs, etc.).
- Experience with contract redlining is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
