- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field, or equivalent work experience – Required
- Experience in the financial industry – Preferred
- Experience with data or business analytics - Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau - Preferred
- Experience with Financial Services sales processes - Preferred
- Proficient skills in Salesforce and Tableau
- Competent knowledge of sales processes with a focus on financial services
- Knowledge of essential business targets and metrics
- Competent knowledge of the English Language structure and it’s spelling, grammar, punctuation
- Competent knowledge of office procedures and arithmetic
- Competent knowledge of basic office procedures and Microsoft programs
- Competent knowledge of the financial services industry
- Competent skills in interpreting data, analyzing results by using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
- Competent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Competent skills in SQL or MySQL statements
- Competent skills in general data query writing
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs
Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Execute data integrity and quality principles established by leadership and developers when working with company data
- Understand and utilize data from primary or secondary data sources
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators and partner with developers to locate and correct problems
- Provide direct correspondence and support for Employee and FSP inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face
- Periodically audit data for quality and accuracy
- Manage incoming tickets and complete reporting requests in a timely and accurate fashion
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvements and propose solutions to stakeholders
- All other duties as assigned
