We are seeking an experienced Administrative Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform diversified administrative duties, applying your broad experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with managing Outlook functions, including Mail and Calendar
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and support other administrative tasks
• Collaborate with support staff to coordinate multiple calendars and meet organizational needs
• Identify administrative requirements for meetings and high-level activities
• Organize and facilitate monthly meetings and other management-level meetings
• Take proactive steps to address requests, determining the best course of action and providing support as needed
• Process expense reports and procurements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns
• Review and process invoices according to accounts payable procedures
• Engage with colleagues at all levels to fulfill job responsibilities
• Participate in special projects and contribute to team efforts
• Complete additional job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience
