Seeking a Solution Marketing Manager to Lead Go-to-Market Strategy, Develop Targeted Campaigns, and Empower Sales Teams in the Telecom Industry!

This role will be supporting our Marketing team in developing strategies and content that drive sales and revenue across various market segments. You will focus on creating differentiated value propositions and content to support the sale of wireless infrastructure solutions. Additionally, you will shape the go-to-market strategy and lead targeted product launches to increase mindshare, market share, and revenue.
What will you be doing as a Marketing Manager?
- Serve as the subject matter expert for infrastructure solutions, industries, and customer sets.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create strategic, persona-based marketing plans to drive sales.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to ensure compelling, differentiated materials.
- Develop targeted value propositions and supporting content, including sales tools, blogs, case studies, and presentations.
- Manage marketing initiatives, oversee creative briefs, and ensure timely execution.
- Work with Digital Marketing to create content for various channels and measure campaign success.
What do you bring to the table as a Marketing Manager?
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing or a related role required.
- Strongly preferred: experience in the wireless, telecom industry (cellular, mobile edge compute, data centers) and B2B.
- Approximately 15% travel required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functional groups and levels to achieve results.
- Strong aptitude for translating technical information into compelling value propositions.
