We are looking for a Tower Permitting Specialist to join our team! This role involves zoning and permitting processes for telecommunications infrastructure. If you have experience in municipal permitting, zoning regulations, and site development, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit zoning & permitting applications
- Work with design teams on permit drawings & construction docs
- Monitor application progress and collaborate with local jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with Eligible Facilities Requests (EFR) & Section 6409
- Manage documentation and communicate permitting requirements
Key Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in zoning, land use, or wireless telecom permitting
- Knowledge of municipal planning & zoning regulations
- Experience presenting to public & government entities
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
