Requirements
- 10 years experience as an assistant/exec assistant
- Predominantly experienced in smaller office environments
- Able to work on-site every day
- Personable and able to problem solve
- Comfortable wearing many hats including: managing the paperwork for real estate/land purchases sales, managing the company calendar, tending to issues that arise with the building, ordering supplies, working with vendors/subcontractors for paperwork/insurance requirements
