NextStep Recruiting is working with a top HVAC solutions company in East Texas to find a Product Development Engineer specializing in Residential Packaged Products. This key role focuses on developing new refrigeration systems and sustaining current product lines through quality and productivity improvements.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in HVAC refrigeration system design and development (7 years for internal candidates)
- Knowledge in refrigeration system design, problem-solving, and project planning
- Proficiency with software like CREO (Pro-E), CeTol, and Mechanica for FEA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work in a team-oriented setting
Preferred Qualifications :
Location : Hybrid work schedule based in Tyler, Texas, with up to 15% travel domestically and internationally.
