Responsibilities

- Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Handle clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Assist in medical office management tasks, including patient scheduling and record maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee payments.
- Implement organizational systems that enhance productivity within the office.
Skills

- Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
