Account Manager  - Remote

Medical/Healthcare

Compensation:  $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

Nexus HR is looking for a dynamic and experienced Staffing Account Manager who can work remotely with a diverse team of medical support staff. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of relevant medical experience and 1 year of management experience in a similar field

Staffing Account Managers are responsible for overseeing clinical and remote staffing accounts and the team members who work them. They are responsible for reporting back on these accounts to the Operations Manager. They must communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and coworkers. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client accounts are properly furnished with needed medical staff

  • Communicate with clients to answer all questions, inquiries, and messages within 1 business day

  • Meet or communicate regularly with clients (Weekly/Biweekly for new clients, monthly for established clients) 

  • Even if there are no issues, AMs should be communicating with each client at least once a month

  • Create monthly reports to share with clients

  • Knowledge of who is working what on your accounts

  • Create a client folder to contain the documents described below (and/or work with team lead to ensure they are created)

  • Create SOPS for each client process and have them approved by the client or management (Or review with the team leads)

  • Ensure the team completes all tasks in the turn-around-time

  • Audit the team regularly to ensure the accuracy  

  • Report findings to the team members team leads, and Managers

  • Communicate with either the client or the Team Lead any needs, concerns, etc

  • Create proactive processes to streamline operations

  • Review any employee leave requests, plan for cross-coverage, and report this 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • 3 years of experience in the medical staffing field

  • 2 years of experience in supervising clinic staff or remote clinic staff

  • 1 year of experience in management in a similar industry is preferred

  • Experience working in a remote setting and with remote medical staff is preferred

  • Project management expertise and the capacity to handle problems and influence outcomes for the client
