Accounting Assistant

A well-established professional services firm located in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in accounting within a professional and supportive environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Position Type: In-office, full-time
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Denver Tech Center (On-site Position)
• 1 hour Lunch Break
• Pay: $52,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mail invoices
• Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances
• Address and resolve billing-related inquiries
• Handle third-party billing coordination
• Perform account reconciliations
• Support general accounting and administrative functions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks is helpful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
