Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Support administrative functions including organizing meetings and maintaining office supplies.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff as needed, ensuring their schedules run smoothly.
- Utilize Google Suite effectively for document creation, sharing, and collaboration.
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
