NGB Construction Inc. is a framing company with many projects all over northern California. We are currently building 200 units per month. We have a commitment to providing a high-quality service and to enrich the lives of our clients that is currently growing.
The role is to be held by a self-driven, competent, and highly efficient individual who will oversee and assist project manager with change orders and options.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide administrative support to project manager including change orders and options.
- Assist in preparing project documents, such as proposals, contracts, reports, and schedules.
- Coordinate communication between clients, purchasing department, and accounting department.
- Order and manage office and project-related supplies.
- Process purchase orders and invoices with clients pertaining to change orders and options.
- Monitor and ensure that change orders are submitted to clients and then get paid.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar software for working with PDFs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines.
