Duties

- Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for business development.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales goals and enhancing overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in direct sales efforts through presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Stay informed about industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and business development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
