Nicholson Chiropractic is a fast-paced office that has been serving the chiropractic needs of the Tracy area for 30 years. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and care for our patients in a warm, caring environment while striving for the best outcomes for our patients.
The receptionist is the first impression patients have when contacting our office. We are looking for someone that is has good communication and phone skills, is dependable, on-time, honest, mature, professional, able to multitask, is a self-starter, is health and fitness minded, has a positive attitude, and will contribute to a positive work atmosphere as a team player.
This is a full-time position (33 - 35 hours per week). This employee will be responsible for scheduling chiropractic and massage appointments, answering multi-line phones, patient registration, insurance verification of benefits, collect and post patient payments, sanitize and clean the front desk and reception areas, as well as provide occasional support in the back office with patient therapy as needed. Experience is not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
