Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with detailers and other Project Managers, with a solid understanding of jobsite needs. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving project success from inception through completion of large projects.
Duties
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Implement process mapping techniques to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project design and project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Manage cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Facilitate communication between Project Managers, providing regular updates on project status to Project Coordinators.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management roles.
- Have a strong understanding of structural steel.
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques and risk management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in product management and project implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective jobsite engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Have problem solving abilities.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
