Classroom Support Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Duties

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and organized environment.
• Engage with students during lessons, providing guidance and encouragement.
• Help supervise children during various activities, including playtime, meals, and transitions.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing materials, grading assignments, and maintaining student records.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Knowledge of childhood development principles.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Experience in nannying or caregiving roles.
• Familiarity with early childhood education practices.
• Background in babysitting or working with infants.
• Experience in daycare settings or similar environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children and adults.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
