Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening our relationships with Amazon Vendor and Seller teams, driving account management excellence, and ensuring the success of our Vendor Central accounts. As a key contributor to our e-commerce strategy, you will leverage your expertise in Amazon operations to open new Vendor Central accounts, provide detailed business updates, and champion annual business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with both Amazon Vendor and Seller teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and increasing satisfaction.
- Understand and master customer business needs, work closely with the related Amazon Vendor team to ensure opening Vendor Central accounts as company needed.
- Regularly provide business updates and reports, track and manage customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Championing quarterly and annual business reviews for Vendor Central annual renewals.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with the Amazon VC team is a must.
- Have a deep understanding of Amazon operation knowledge and can handle most of the business problems.
- Proven results in opening VC accounts in the past.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow.
- Excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Location: Based in Seattle, Washington.
