Job Overview
The HR Assistant will primarily work onsite in California and report directly to the HR Manager. This role will also involve assisting with the administrative management of our CA office. The ideal candidate will support both HR functions and general office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the office.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin required
- Experience: Over one year of HR related experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, proactive and resilient, capable of driving new business initiatives and rapid iterations. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
