Based in Kiel, Wisconsin, Nigrelli, Inc. is the parent company to three divisions that work in tandem to produce floating fountains and aeration systems, lighting options for the fountains as well as for your landscape needs, and a machine shop. Nigrelli, Inc. is the parent company to three divisions, AquaMaster, Land Master and ON-Target Machine. Land Master® Landscape Lighting has meticulously engineered what is currently the world's most durable, brilliant, and efficient LED landscape light to complement our AquaMaster Fountains. At On-Target Machine®, we design, machine, and assemble the highest quality product.
Summary
The Motor Assembly position is responsible for building and testing new power units, and documenting motor test results for parts orders. The work hours of this position are 6:00am-2:00pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather parts as needed, replenishing stocked items at bench as needed
- Bench test each motor; if unacceptable, document the problem and move to the vendor return cart
- If the motor tests within parameters, install the top plate, wire, solder together, pot (epoxy) connections as needed, and assemble together with clamp
- Install the seal and seal cartridge, fill cartridge and housing with designated oil and test
- If acceptable, move to designated bin location or stage for Shipping
- Process jobs in ERP system for Inventory management
- Verify BOM accuracy and communicating discrepancies in order to have the MRP system run efficiently and accurately

Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
During the performance of his/her work duties, the incumbent will be occasionally required to lift up to 75 pounds, and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds, such as moving parts from skid to skid.

The employee works in a temperature controlled production facility environment and may be exposed to hot temperatures in the summer months and cold temperatures during the winter months. Safety shoes and eye protection are required at all times, as well as any other PPE identified by the company.
