Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team at Nikki Beach
Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and
the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As a Food Runner, you will be
responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the guest tables, ensuring the
timely and accurate delivery of orders while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables promptly and accurately, ensuring
presentation meets Nikki Beach standards.
- Assist servers by coordinating the efficient flow of food to the dining area, ensuring
orders are complete and correct.
- Ensure that each table has all the necessary condiments, utensils, and additional items
required for a complete dining experience.
- Maintain communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery
and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down expo stations and necessary items for service.
- Support the team in other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies and maintaining
cleanliness in the service areas.
- Uphold all safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment is required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional
attitude.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift moderate
weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-energy environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
