Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized dental receptionist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/ check-out patients
• Enter billing codes for patient treatment
• Pre-authorize dental treatment
• Schedule appointments accurately
• Manage patient records and update patient information
• Collect payments for copays
• Ensure that office operations run smoothly

Qualifications

• Proficient with Dentrix software
• Understand how billing and insurance processes work
• Proficient in understanding insurance plans that are PPO and Medicaid
• Multilingual receptionists are preferrable
• Basic Dental knowledge of treatment for scheduling and billing
• Must have at least 2 year prior experience at a dental office
