Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy Execution & Program Oversight
- Collaborate with the CIO and IT leaders to propel strategic initiatives forward, ensuring timely progress and clear accountability.
- Oversee IT projects, proactively resolving bottlenecks and mitigating risks.
- Bridge IT, operations, and product teams to forge alignment on priorities and execution.
- Own the creation of MBRs, ELT updates, and strategic presentations that distill IT progress into actionable insights for leadership
- Build structured frameworks to track and communicate IT wins, risks, and outcomes
- Translate technical updates into business-focused narratives that resonate with executives
- Design and enforce governance frameworks to prioritize projects and optimize resources
- Streamline reporting and tracking for greater visibility and accountability
- Support budget planning, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization alongside Finance and IT leaders
- Partner with RCM, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to ensure IT solves real business problems
- Champion the rollout and adoption of Precision products and future innovations with seamless execution
- Assist teams in navigating new technologies, ensuring that IT is leveraging the best tools, frameworks, and strategies to deliver value
Industry Experience in Healthcare, RCM, or Enterprise IT
- Deep understanding of healthcare technology, revenue cycle management (RCM), or enterprise IT environments
- Experience working in or with RCM technology platforms, enterprise applications, or healthcare IT
- Strong grasp of modern enterprise IT, including cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AI-driven data strategies, automation, and enterprise analytics)
- Ability to understand technical challenges and opportunities and help teams navigate and implement new technologies
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with data platforms, workflow automation, and digital transformation is a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives, ensuring execution and timely delivery
- Strong ability to track IT projects, manage priorities, and resolve execution blockers
- Strong problem-solving mindset—able to connect dots across multiple teams and ensure alignment
- Ability to prepare high-quality executive briefings, board-level reports, and leadership presentations
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, data visualization, and structured reporting for IT updates and business reviews
- Experience interfacing with executive leadership (CIO, CFO, ELT) and communicating technical progress in business terms
- Familiarity with IT budgeting, vendor negotiations, and technology investment strategies
- Experience establishing governance processes for IT project prioritization, tracking, and reporting
- IT initiatives stay on track, with clear ownership, execution, and risk mitigation
- Leadership and business teams receive timely, high-quality updates on IT progress
- Governance, compliance, and budget tracking for IT are proactively managed and optimized
- IT teams and business stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and execution
