Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing and growing accounts related to security systems and managed services for commercial clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their security system needs are met and helping them maximize the value of our services. Your role will involve building long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the successful delivery of security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts in the security systems and managed services sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling security systems and managed services.
- Understand clients' security needs and work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Provide ongoing account support, including system upgrades, service renewals, and troubleshooting any client issues.
- Develop and present proposals, quotes, and contracts for new and existing security system projects and managed services.
- Track and report on account performance, ensuring that client expectations are being met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends in security systems and managed services to offer clients the best solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and security technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role within the security systems or managed services industry.
- Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.) and managed services related to security technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve any issues effectively.
- Proven track record of managing accounts and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored security solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices for security systems.
- A degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
