Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion
- Use phone etiquette to effectively communicate with potential customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential customers and dealerships
- Demonstrate proficiency in Spanish language to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers
- Utilize software tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in internet sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to upsell products or services
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in Spanish language is a plus
- Experience using software tools for tracking and managing sales activities
