Coordinator Duties in the Stove Office:
· Maintaining accurate schedule for stove technicians
· Assist salespersons with writing up sales orders, quotes, and accurate billing
· Placing parts orders or whole goods orders at the direction of stove department head
· Overseeing maintenance & organization of the stove parts room
· Scheduling service calls for stove technicians
· Submission of stove-related warranty claims
· Registering stoves with accurate customer’s information and serial number
· Assisting with stove-related communications with customers (signs, flyers)
· Checking voicemail hourly, and returning calls the same day.
· Completion and submission of all paperwork for promotions prior to deadlines
· Understanding & explaining financing options to customers, and completing
Additional Job requirements subject to change based on the needs of the business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
