Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving NK Developments’ marketing efforts to create and execute innovative strategies that build the brand, generate high-quality leads, and support the CEO’s initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in multiple areas of marketing—from content creation and social media management to event coordination and data-driven campaign execution. This role involves working both independently and collaboratively to ensure NK Developments’ marketing presence aligns with its mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the CEO to create video content and upload it to appropriate platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media).
- Shoot and edit photos and videos for real estate listings, including before-and-after renovation content.
- Develop engaging email and texting campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
- Plan and execute social media strategies, including organic posts and paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Brand Development:
- Create signage for branding, including real estate property signs, event materials, and program-specific designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all mediums, from digital platforms to printed materials.
- Develop strategies to capture and nurture high-quality leads that align with the company’s business objectives.
Event Coordination:
- Plan, promote, and execute events such as monthly lunch-and-learn presentations hosted by the CEO.
- Prepare presentation slideshows and supporting materials for events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and on-site coordination.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing efforts.
- Measure ROI for all marketing activities and share regular progress updates with the CEO.
Collaboration and Project Management:
- Work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as designers, print shops, and media outlets, to deliver high-quality materials and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Constant Contact, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Expertise in social media platforms and lead generation strategies, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience creating visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience Split Testing results and incrementally improving campaigns.
- Strong writing and editing skills for crafting compelling copy and promotional materials.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, and drive decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-Time Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
