The Role

As a Client Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional client experiences and outcomes. This hybrid role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of the following:

• Project Management: Ensure website updates and fixes are completed and adhere to quality and timeline expectations; develop and implement strategies to refine processes, ensuring more efficient workflow and more effective project execution. 
• Client Content Coordination: Align website content with client goals and industry best practices.
• Client Reporting: Compile and deliver performance reports, including pre-meeting preparation and monthly business review emails, to keep clients engaged and informed.
• Client Communication: Manage communications regarding website access, 2FA credentials, and other account-related matters (billing, payment).
• Client Training: Train clients on tools and processes to maximize their utilization of our solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

Who You Are

• A natural problem-solver with a strong drive for excellence.
• Highly skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, with clear and professional communication skills.
• Experienced in client or customer service; experience in digital marketing or website management is a plus.
