Job Title: IT Services Lead
Reports To: IT Director

Location: Westwood (Onsite)
Your Role:
The IT Services Lead ensures the seamless delivery of IT Services and support, leading the Technology Services team to meet organizational needs. This role manages key responsibilities, including the annual desktop replacement project, employee onboarding and offboarding, mobility coordination, IT procurement, inventory management, and hardware warranty claims. With a focus on leadership, operational efficiency, and proactive problem-solving, the IT Services Lead plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organizations technology services.
What will you do?
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor, and support a team of IT Services staff, ensuring accountability, productivity, and professional growth.
- Equipment Management:
- Oversee desktop replacement projects, mobility devices, and user hardware, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
- Manage IT equipment inventory and handle hardware warranty claims to maintain equipment lifecycle integrity.
- Coordinate e-waste disposal.
- Administer the firm's print and scan management program including vendor management, procurement, troubleshooting, and installation of copiers, printers, and scanners.
- Operational Support:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring timely setup and recovery of equipment.
- Provide support for workspace setups, office relocations, and user desk moves.
- Oversee IT requirements for construction projects, special events, and other organizational initiatives.
- Technology Support:
- Oversee AV installations and troubleshooting, ensuring functionality for events and daily operations.
- Manage TV and cable box installations, configurations, and maintenance.
- Procurement, Inventory, and Contract Management:
- Coordinate IT purchasing, ensuring budget alignment and efficient procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets including printers, scanners, desktops, and laptops.
- Oversee IT vendor contracts, ensuring accurate tracking of renewal dates to avoid service disruptions.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Helpdesk, facilities and other departments to address cross-functional needs, such as mobility arrangements, travel coordination, and construction-related IT requirements.
What Do you Need to Succeed:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or services
- Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundations or equivalent service management certification.
- CompTIA certifications (A , Network , etc.) or equivalent.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Occasional, standing, walking, crouching, and lifting to 15 pounds.
- Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms.
- Regular talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting.
- Moderate to the loud noise level.
- Risk of electrical shock.
Salary Range:The salary range for this role is $85,000 - 105,000 and represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
