Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for our search technology, establishing yourself as the authority on all products reliant on our job search capabilities.
- Actively engage with the product to audit and experience the search results, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the user experience and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Draft detailed specifications, oversee project execution, and devise strategies for product launches. Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize and implement advancements in search technology.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, advocate for new features, and document essential elements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in product management, data science, or engineering.
- 3 years of experience focusing on search engines or recommender systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Established experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, enhancing execution and team productivity.
- Comfort with data handling, including the ability to construct basic SQL queries for research purposes.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a product or business leader, driving significant business outcomes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
