NLMK USA is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in our Finance Department for the Farrell, Pennsylvania location (NLMK Pennsylvania). Job Responsibility: Responsible for operating the Oracle system for daily invoicing and posting cash. Duties include all transaction recording, reconciling, and reporting. Also responsible for problem resolution and maintenance of accurate customer receivable records.
Job Duties:
- Print/E-mail invoices to customers daily, ensuring invoices are correct and timely provided.
- Post payments to customer accounts daily from checks, ACH’s and wires
- Maintain and resolve the customer deduction report for price discrepancies and quality claims.
- Communicate with the sales team, quality team and customers to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Issue debits/credits and request for checks as required.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable daily and for month end closing to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Updating customer master files and reviewing new applications for credit approval.
- Perform other related work, as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in accounts receivable/invoicing
- Basic computer skills necessary
- Microsoft excel and word proficient
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Two year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field
