Job Summary
We are seeking a Spanish speaking, detail-oriented, and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and an even stronger willingness to learn on the go. This role requires excellent communication abilities in both English & Spanish. If you know Creole that is a plus. It also requires a proactive approach to managing office operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage phone systems, handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors.
  • Support the dealership receptionist with client management tasks as needed.
  • Perform personal assistant duties for senior staff members.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual, English & Spanish. Bonus points if you know Creole.
  • Previous experience in outgoing face to face roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
